Two sheets of BC plywood of sizes 4x8 ¾ inch, one sheet of 4x8, ¼ inch, One sheet of 2x4, 8 feet long, three sheets of 1x2, 8 feet long, deck screws of 3 inches, and 1-1/2 inches, 4d finished nails, tape measure, pencil and also woodworker's glue is required.
Once you have assembled all these materials, you can arrange the boxes according to your own usage. For finishing, you can use different colors of wood paint that will give it a perfect look and make it a beautiful addition to your furniture.
You can use various types of plywood for construction of a cabinet. It can be softwood or hardwood plywood, depending upon your choice. Particle board can also be used for finishing. However, it is usually used only on one or two sides. Solid wood is also a good option. However, it is more costly as well as difficult to handle for a person who is not that expert at woodworking. In addition, solid wood looks beautiful on fine pieces of furniture.
